BEST sausage!	Apr 6th, 2004
I don't know where to start! Vincek's makes THE BEST CZECH Sausage that I've ever eaten. Since we left TX, I have to have Vincek's sausage imported to Vegas. If you haven't eaten it, you should. It's a very flavorful combo of beef & pork w/ a hint of pepper (unless you eat the spicy sausage). If you're looking for a greasy sausage, you won't find it here! I recently cooked their head sausage. Haven't had it in years! MMMMMMM!!! GREAT EATS!
