We come down from Ontario Canada twice a year or so, spring and fall. We make it a point to do two things: 1)go to Beavertail Light (its beautiful here I'd like to take it home with me!) and 2)stop at the East Ferry Deli for tea, coffee and a snack. All the sandwiches and baked goods are wonderful, and you get to sit out front on the patio and look across to Newport. The view is spectacular, the boats, the ocean, everything about it is magical. When you come to Jamestown make sure to stop in you won't be sorry, just leave a table for us! |
