Have eaten at this restaurant in the SF wharf area numerous times but had a bad experience the other week. Took some out-of-state visitors to this restaurant to give them a taste of SF wharf food. One of the members of our party of 14 decided they did not want to eat their food so took out some food from across the street. The manager came and singled her out and kicked her out of the restaurant area. Thought this was very small since we were such a big party and all the others ordered their food from that restaurant. We gave them a lot of business and some were even buying their $5 clam chowder in cans to take home with them. Needless to say, it was my big mistake to advise that restaurant to them! Now that I think of it, their food selection is very limited, the food is not any better than the numerous of restaurants that serve clam chowder and sandwiches in the area, and you get little value for your money! |
